Hello all,
Anyone knows a good and comprehensive guide about how to code for the MSX sound chip? Directly using ports, setting frequency, noise, volume and etc... Possible with some examples...

There's not much to know really. Get yourself a manual from MAP and go for it. It's really not much more than setting frequencies and volumes. |

How to write and read information, selecting registers and etc.. I'm comfortable with, but there isn't somewhere where I can find some examples like: Generating an explosion, playing a song, etc...
