Hi everyone my name is ali6x944,
And I'm a noob when it comes to the world of MSX computers.
The sakhr AX-350II is my very first condition and it works, I would assume it is one of the easiest to hack, since all the main chips are accessible or at least this is what it looks like in the photos...
But I'm kinda stuck, I can't lift the cover off, there is no screws!!
I would like to open it as a good start to service it and to clean some of the keys, the seem to have weird brown stuff on them...

But quick question about the tabs, should I push them all dawn and simultaneously push the top of the case to open it?

Have a look at this service manual :

The page 11 explains how to open the Yamaha ax350II case. Follow the instructions. You need to use a flat tip screwdriver. Start from the corner tab. Don't excess the force. Try not to break it.
BTW your AX350II is like upgraded YIS805 architecture in a YIS503II plastic body.
