awesome work and the pinacle of MSX2 gaming. Thank you so much for all the work but even more so congratulations on all the work! I've played an early release a few years back, and I was lucky enough to be able to test the end-boss which I was unable to finish by the way. It made a dent in my gaming self-esteem but I'll try again with this one. The kids will have to go to bed early the coning weeks 
Savetool is meant as a tool to save your flash data. The game saves after finishing certain stages. Only if you have a mfr or carnivore2 with the latest flashtools. It writes to the flashrom. If there is no flahsrom to write to no savemenu will be presented to you either.
The savetool can then save your flashdata so in case you like to play another game your savegame won't be flashed over.
Ok I understand, you are right, after several stages the game gives me the option to save but in Zemmix Neo flash is not present. About game over screen, no problem here, after Game Over I can continue playing

Yeah, I volunteered to do some testing cuz I remembered I could play Psycho World in one go... Turns out I'm more Runemaster material lately 
fixed the bug. Will send the fixed rom to filehunter. Not the end of the world kind of bug btw. If you get the bug don't reset your msx but keep pressing space then your game will normally start with 4 lives left
