It might help to inform Japan Post resumed exporting to Brazil and Finland as of Nov 2. This means its embargo that started this March was lifted from * almost * all MSX intensive countries except some eg Russia and Yemen.
I presume this will greatly save Brazilians since even private carriers had been refusing to export there until now.
