in 1986 or '85... can't remember.. My dad bought a vg8020.. Then it all started and stuff... Made some crappy demo's, an even crappier game, sold half my stuff, bought it all back (and more) and started helping Sander out with MSX.org.... Still doing that nowadays Smile

Whooow! My grand dad bought my first computer, an astonishing SANYO MPC-64 MSX in 1985. Since then I have been playing, programming and simply spending lots of time with those lovely machines. I restarted my activities with more enphasys in 1996, when I finally discovered good quality emulators and adquired a Philips NMS-8245 (my first MSX with disk-drive).
I am mainly coding PC applications related to MSX, for cross-development, and now I am developing simple games for MSX1 in pure assembly from scratch. Soon you will hear about my new project, and I expect that it will be a success: game dev comp.
Now I am the lucky owner of 2 NMS-8245, 1 VG-8235, 1 SVI-738 (128 KB VRAM), 1 HB-9P, 1 Mitsubishi ML-G1 and a Panasonic FS-A1 GT Turbo-R (to arrive yet), apart of other 15 or so MSX1 computers. I mainly use my SVI-738, a really cool computer. And I expect to use my Turbo-R as soon as it arrives here.

Kind regards!

As soon as I finish my exams I will put on-line a page with all the info about this. It is time to celebrate the MSX 20th aniversary!!! Happy birthday, MSX!!! Long life to MSX!
Expect it by the end of February. Right now, I am still looking for sponsors.

It's time to code, boys!

Wow.. three salesmen already who prevented people now active in the MSX scene from ending up with a C64. I wonder... where would those salesmen be now... Wink

Surely those computer salesman are in the digital Z80 paradise, with a Turbo-R GT and an original copy of Solid Snake for each one... Or maybe that is my dream of a future life...
