Try a 16kb rom game, and burn it twice (appended in the hex editor to make it 32kb) on the eprom (as your eprom is 256kbits)
Also what are you using to erase and burn. Can your tool verify that the burn was successful?

Yes, testing on 16kb ROMs burned twice (as 32kb image) could help to identify the problem. Or swapping the first and second 16kb of a 32kb ROM and burning it into the EPROM could be tested as well.

Please post a picture of the back side of the cartridge board - maybe we could notice an anomaly there...

8BitManshed, who is also the Banjo guy Ollie Wink - this cart should be working (i bought it and had no problems at all)

What jumper settings are you using? Is there some form of documentation??

jumper setting are printed on pcb itself and they clearly state what jumpers you use for what size of roms

You have built this Eprom Cart, have you connect all wire between the pins because many are not drawing on the board
you can see the name of the pin then point with the mouse cursor
exemple : N$7 are on P1 minus,P1 plus,P1 A15 and pin 1 of EPROM

Not sure if it's the same card, but I have a schematic somewhere of an Eeprom cardridge.
When I find it I will post it so you can compare wiring...

I have already tried with a 16k copied twice to make it 32k and burned but same issue. Yes I am using the TLL866 to program and it will verify each time. Those are eproms su using UV light exposure for the appropriate time to fully erase.

I did not design this cart just used the gerber to source it and assembled it. If you may tell me what are exactly settings to use for a 27c256 I may give it again a try.

Thanks all for your help Wink ! Hope there is no design flaw on this pcb and nothing is shorting out each time I fire it.

Ok thanks :-). It would be nice if I can make this cart working even if I am moving to a good working pcb (from 8bitManshed).
