Sony hbf700 with gotek need help

I have installed a gotek drive flashed the firmware to flashfloppy
I configured ff.cfg host to msx
The problem is one time it sees a disk other times not when i change disk the first time i search files from basic it says disk offline the second time It shows the content of its directory but i can not load the file because then it says disk error do i need to change more parameters in the ff.cfg file

As far as I know, host=msx is only needed to recognize single sided disks correctly. And that should be the only configuration you need.

what version of FF
use 2.14 if you can, also check your gotek if it's a new version other than SFR922... use version 3.. otherwise 2.14 works fine

I only use double sided disks formats , i flashed it to the last stable firmware i have the old gotek version the one you had to solder the headers for programming it with a stm32 ,but i did convert the dsk files to hfe with the hxc tool maybe there did go something wrong ,as i noticed the firmware now also reads img and dsk ,the strange thing is that it one time gives a disk offline and the next Moment a online

hfe .. no only for HXC for Flashfloppy DSK or IMG !!
jumper of DSKCHG Pin 34 check ff.cfg for pin34 ! is used for HBF700 ! verified to Service manual Page 40

I now used the dsk files and i noticed the interface was ibmpc-hdout and changed it to shugart P2=DSKCHG, P34=RDY that did the trick its working now ,Thanks for all the support
