It seems that I'm stuck again... I tried to seek MrHydragon videos about the subject, but I think he has removed them.
At the moment I'm fishing in front of barracks, but I don't get fish. I can see a lighter in front of me and I strongly believe that I should get it, if I don't want to end up as supper, but I'm out of ideas. Can someone give me a tip?

About the case: I did put the coin in the blender, yes and at that point I was already a bit like "Really?". If that sounds like a reasonable action to take, then I'm just from another universe...
Ok, now that I got a bit further, I realized that the barber will give me a hint that I should get silver powder... I think this makes this action a lot more sensible.
One thing also made me wonder... If at start of the game you pick up the coin and you take it home and put it to your money stash, will you be still able to get it somehow when you need the powder to barber or will the guys on your front door just block you from picking up the coin anymore?
I also tried to throw the seagull with a rock as this sounded like a logical thing to try on a game like this, but the message was something like "You need something like a ball"... If you send player searching for a ball and then the correct answer is to just try again and again, I want to throw the rock towards developers. 
This part is still something that left a bit sour taste... It turned out that I had not been looking the seagull enough many times, so the action was correct, but I did things in wrong order. After looking I also got no tip that I've somehow managed to unlock the stone throw action. I don't know... It is not a super hard puzzle, but for sure it got me stuck well.
