NestorBASIC 1.11 binary built

NestorBASIC 1.11 binary has been built from unmodified Nestor Soriano source code NBASIC.ASM.
For the unknown reason it did never appear on Nestor's resources, but NestorBASIC 1.11 URL on his website refered to the NBASIC v1.10 binary.
Also, documentation was corrected to match the actual behaviour of the software, and russian translation added (WiP).

The "unknown reason" is probably just that I messed up the release back in the day...

Thanks for this, but I have noticed that the binary file for 1.10 is 92K and your rebuilt 1.11 is 58K; maybe you forgot to append the music replayers?

As for the documentation changes, now I see that you had submitted a pull request to my MSX repository; sorry I had missed that. I'll take a look.

Yes, it is 58K, I'll go find out what's going on there
