"FAN" magazine from MSX-CENTRUM?

Last Saturday mth gave (THANKS!) me a magazine called "FAN" (seems reused from MSX-FAN). It's a Dutch magazine, and it seems to be made by MSX-CENTRUM, as Jaap Boomsma wrote the intro-article (about MCM becoming MSX-only again). Other contributors are Marjo Mertens, Rolf Bijl, Steven Vanhetgoor, Cor Hamans and C. Daelman.
The magazine says it's nr 2 (so multiple have apparently appeared). They even offer a subscription.
It is written in Dutch.

Can someone tell us more about this magazine?
How many issues were made? What is exactly the title?

I think, but have to look in my collection, that there is only one issue.
After that steven van het goor became distribitor / head chief of the msx mozaik.

What I described is also number 2. mth told me he got it (for free) when he ordered an FM-PAC, it served as a manual (the magazine contains a large article from Steven about the FM-PAC).
