Japanese Amazon sells MSX RGB21 cables for 3000 yen + 300 yen shipping. There seems to be a plenty of stocks. The seller also sells various RGB21 stuffs.
I know most of you are more interested in SCART cables but at least this saves you from being ripped off from overpriced old RGB21 cable listings. ;)
