Hello everyone. I am the owner of a Canon V-20 (french version). I made a scart cable but the colors on my TV are incorrect. The blue color in BASIC is very very bright. In games, instead of black, it's green. Red is a bright pink. I feel that all the colors are very bright. I'm sure my cable is OK. I've made dozens of cables for amiga/atari/commodore/amstrad etc before. Do I need to put resistors on RGB signal cables? Or maybe my computer is damaged? Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

You can look if there are any variable resistors in the RGB path to adjust the levels. RGB on TMS99xx series is not perfect and the colors are usually a bit off (but not as bad as in your photos).

I'm a bit lost because I made a cable from this schematic:
https://www.msx.org/wiki/RGB_%288-pin_DIN_45326%29#Canon_V-20_and_Yashica_YC-64_released_in_France
but now I saw that there is a different pinout in the manual:

Pins 6-7-8 are different
Unfortunately when i changed the connections i got nice black, blue and red but no green this time

Problem solved! The cable was OK (first version, from msx.org). Just for test, I took another, old TV and connected the Canon to it. The colors are good!!! It's never happened to me before. I think that Samsung is less tolerant of signal strength. Thanks for your help
