I've tried numerous things, but i just can't get the CVBS signal to give color. The scart picture is rock solid, so i'll stick with scart for now

scart looks 100000x better anyway composite is really bad in terms of image quality. Had to do a lot of modding around the composite section as well just to make the composite signal reasonably acceptable.

I agree! When i bought the system with VS0080 monitor, the scart option gave the wrong colors and i switched to CVBS that did show a good picture. I repaired the VS0080 (dry solder joints on the PCB) and i have to say that scart looks really good. Maybe i'll troubleshoot CVBS later
