Viewing Carnivore2 PCB Design!

In Carnivore2 page, there are 2 files under Board folder: carnivore2.sch and carnivore2.pcb

I tried to open them with many PCB design programs, such as KiCad and Altium, but could not!

Any idea what program should I use to view these files?
