Meits has, how could it be otherwise, sent us another musical riddle. I hope you bring a little time with for today.
Let's hand the mic to Meits:
We all... well, most of us... Eh, probably just me...
Anyhoo. In the 80s most of us were teenagers and did not swim in money. Having lots of games cracked by Martos was everybody's public secret. At least to the big people who said copy was crime.
And tell me, were you one of those people who thought SCC was a funny word, didn't understand what it meant to put it in slot two and just took it for granted and played the game with just PSG, wondering why the reviewer was so delighted with the music?
Busted!
You were one of them who bought a F-1 Spirit or Nemesis 2 cartridge with a switch as soon as you found out there was an extra sound chip inside to upgrade the music to how Konami meant it to sound.
Now you will remember all the game tunes in this music file. It contains all (well, a lot of the) Konami games that support SCC, but the SCC is kept away from the recording. It is up to you to name all games and RC codes in order of appearance. Why the RC codes? Just to be sure.
Please be sure to write down the titles in the order they are played, so we can exclude wild guessing.
As always, please send your list to dieantwoord@gmx.net
.
Now have fun with "exclusive" SCC tracks!
