I've been walking around in griffin park for hours yet I cannot get any further. In the upper right part there's the tower with a fingerprint scanner at te door. Steinein mentions that he knows a way around it yet he needs an item from someone who can get access with the fingerprint scanner. Is there someone here who knows what that is and where to get that?

I played PAIII from scratch 2 months ago. You have to find some sort of necklace with fingerprints on it. It's located in Griffith Park near some ruins. If I remember correctly somewhere north-west in the map. You don't need to look for a chest. It's a shiny blip somewhere in the grass. good luck!
