Could someone help me get in contact with the Team DEVA? I paid 63.50 EUR for the Angelic Warrior DEVA second batch in March 2021 and since then I have not received the game or a single communication or update from them. I wrote several emails to Team DEVA email address (the same as the Paypal payment was made) as well as to Robert Vroemisse without any reply at all.

63 EUR is such an high amount for a game, whatever is a MSX or PS5 one, and I feel scammed here.

OMG!!!! I was about to order the game too!! And here you have problem with it! I want to buy Angelic warrior deva too. I just send them an email asking for preorder.

As with everyone doing stuff in the MSX community is of course a hobby. And as in everyone’s life that will need to come after family, friends, day or night jobs Wink. And sometimes people are overwhelmed by the amount of interest and despite all good intentions getting back to your fellow MSX’ers through e-mail and getting all the goodies to them is difficult and possibly stressful. I specifically do not use the term customer because we should not think of ourselves this way in this community, we share a passion. We have seen it happen with TechnoBytes, MSXVR and many others. All have and will come through, just don’t expect Amazon’s level (for example) of customer focus.

While I understand that MSX is a hobby and that many thing comes before in everyone life; I think you won't spend more than 5 minutes in writing a single email telling everyone who placed an order something like "there has been some delay due to X and Y, but we expect to ship the remaining orders in three months". I don't think that's asking for a worldwide retailer level delivery in 24 hours.

But back to the constructive part: does someone know how to get in contact with them apart from the email addresses I tried without result?

Hello, another one here as the partner, please I need information or help regarding my Angelic Warrior order.

I also paid € 63.50 in March and I don't know anything about my order, I'm from Malaga, Spain, and I know other friends who received the cartridge a month ago.

The only time that Robert replied to an email about a month ago, he told me it was sent, and that he would send me the tracking number, I never knew again.

I write to him every week to his email and to the email of Team Deva and he does not reply.

I just want you to provide me with the tracking number of my package or to assure me that everything is fine.

I was very excited to have that cartridge, I already lost it in the first run, and I see myself this second run also without it.

Let's see if a colleague can help me or have any recommendations.

The last option would be to get the money back, I still want my cartridge.

I do understand your desire to receive the game, but don't you think mailing every week is a bit unnecessary? I just poked Robert to check out this thread. I'm not sure when he reads it.

Thank you very much for your collaboration, I really understand what you want to tell me, I am sorry to have to bother Robert, I just want to know at least that everything is going well, I do not ask for more.

Also understand the illusion of having the game and not knowing anything for more than a month when you know that there are people who have had it at home for a long time.

I am really worried, as the other colleague said, answering an email does not take more than a couple of minutes, so I would be calm, the bad thing is the silence and not knowing.

I insist, my priority is that everything goes well, I receive my cartridge and hopefully it goes well for Robert, let's see what happens.

I will continue to wait.

@meits You should understand that in our local MSX group we bought a bunch of copies and he is the only one who hasn't received his copy.

He has been waiting since March so is understable his concern.
