Already used runit but this isn't running just all of the disk images. For example it is running Aleste gaiden and Aleste 2 but not Aleste, any reason why ?

Runit only runs (a lot of) sector based disk images. File based disk images won't run.
Aleste is a ROM game so any disk version is a hack and most probably file based.

Actually I thought that I was asking a very dumb question but looking at the reactions their isn't really a one option fits all solution
I will try the above program's tonight, hopefully I can test some more Compile games on the new MIDI-PAC firmware !

EP.COM worked well for me , I but suddenly not.Formatted the card again ( Fat ,64 kb , quick format , Windows 7 ). When I use EP filename.dsk /b/r it returns to the DOS prompt now instead of booting the emulated diskfile. The SD card works well , I can start a game using a basic loader and I can save basic file and savegames to the card . I use a Zemmix Neo Lite.

Maybe you can try the following in Windows7:

Run DISKPART (from the commandprompt)
Then give the following commands:

list disk

Check what disk is your SD card

select disk [disknumber]
clean
create part prim
active
assign

Windows7 then asks to format the drive, do a full format.
After the format first copy the msxbios from KdL to the SD card.
Then copy msxdos2 and command2 files to the SD card

Then copy your utils and dsk images and try again.
