We really would like to make a new original case, but in small scale, it is too much expensive.

Haha Smile. Reminds me of my SIMPL DAC that I built on an empty toilet roll.

Will you make it as a Mini-ITX form factor so that it can be fit inside one of those nice slim cases? I think that’d be much nicer than a big tower chassis.

@msxkun
Nice case! I don't know if your model is a modware or a tupperware!
@tecnobytes
I must expand my msx. I'm in doubt due to my little budget and the time to wait for.
In fact I'm considering to buy a Megaflashrom or to buy your msx3.
Have you some information about the time of the release of your msx3?

If you can cope with mini-itx x86, things like this become possible:

https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/505470364/the-x500-plus...

Actually, if Bifi ever launch PseudoMSX, creating a stand-alone x86 MSX would be also nice.

Heh! It's not mine. It's just a random pic I found, but I know who did the same with a Turbo-R board... Not gonna say the name , he better stays anonimous (tho not sure if he already show the pic on MRC before...)

@Tecnobytes - Maggoo and I will be hosting an MSX Exhibit this weekend here in Atlanta and the theme will be related to how MSX machine have evolved over the years. We plan to showcase many different types of MSX machines from MSX I, 2, 2+, Turbo R, and the 1 Chip MSX machines. We don't have the Ascii version, but btween all 3 of us exhibiting, we will be able to display 3 different colors of Zemmix Neo. From what I've seen of this project, GR8BIT and the WORP3 project, it might be nice to include current information and/or prototype information about this hardware as these two projects seem to be the next evolutionary chapters of the MSX Standard.

Is there anything you could share with us such as the most current specs and/or early prototypes of what the machine could look like. It wouldn't need to be a final design.

Thanks very much and best of luck on your project!

-Thomas
