Nice! But how can this be used? Are there programs able to modify existing roms(playable on PC) or are those improvements to be applied directly on cartridges somehow?

Impressive indeed ... They did fix both the horizontal and vertical scroll.
Now, is it possible to combine this fix and the "Speech on ISR" patch ?

PS : One thing I'm always asking myself : what does the japanese MSX community thinks about those improvements ? We never hear about them. Do they even know that we (the european MSX community) did this ?

Really impressive WIP already. According to the video, the VOICE patch is also loaded (using 2nd scc). Man, my fave shooter's getting patched up to be even better. how cool. When done, please submit it as a newspost
