Issues buying Night Knight from polyplay

Hello everyone
I've purchased Night Knight from polyplay on April 8th. I received a message a few days later from Sebastian saying that there was a delay and the game would be shipped May 1st. I've been trying to contact him since then with no response. Has anyone else had any issues with this site and vendor?

Quick update: received a message from Sebastian explaining the delay. Hopefully I'll receive the game soon.
