I have two NMS-1431 printers and both have some needles that stopped working. Is there anything I can do to get them going again? As I really want to use my printer
If they are just stuck, you could try cleaning up the head and applying WD-40 to lubricate the needles. If one or more coils or a flat cable is broken, then no chance.
That is for a Sakhr AX-990... I have a Philips NMS-1431 printer. I have looked up the service manual, however it doesn't say anything about needles that are not working properly.
