In MSX Magazine #0 page 57 ASCII show its first release of seven games for MSX. The magazine was released before the MSX computers.

Yes, you're right. My mistake...

For the first batch of games ASCII used a plastic cartridge type with one single big label. Then after, they started to use a different plastic box with two labels. You can find the initial games of two types of cartridge in Yahoo Auctions Japan.

Some more information on this: At the pages 20-21 of MSX Magazine 1984-01 the girl is shown with 4 Hitbit cartridges, among them Juno First and Crazy Train. At pages 40~43 are featured Juno First as "ROM SONY" (?), then next Super Cobra, Time Pilot, The Hustler (Computer Billiards), Frogger and Crazy Train as "ROM Konami". At pages 45~46 we have Monkey Academy, Antarctic Adventure and Athletic Land. At page 69 there is a review of Juno First credited to Sony and the date of november 21th (of 1983 ?). At the page 72 Crazy Train is also credited to Sony. At the page 64-65 of MSX Magazine 1984-02 we have the first advertising (?) of seven Konami games (RC700 ~ RC706). But not the Four Sony/Konami releases (Sparkie, Juno First, Crazy Train and Computer Billiards/The Hustler). Now this is tough... By the codes, Sparkie comes before Juno First. I can't say if these first four HBS-G00xC games were made by Sony and just licensed by Konami... Maybe there's some information about this in the reviews. If so, then perhaps we should consider Athletic Land (RC700) as the first Konami MSX game...
