Floppy media replacement

Found a really good video on how to swap media in floppy disks: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TkAYFrYhOvM. I was actually able to swap out the media in 2 Disc Station floppies with minimal damage.
The only downside is that it appears virtually impossible not to break the points which hold the floppies together - and I don't believe these are tabs - they appear glued (there's 2 on the right side, 1 on the left). Fortunately, points of contact are very small, and with superglue, it's virtually impossible to tell that the diskettes were ever open.
