On the last day of 2013, Marat Fayzullin has declared the fMSX emulator for Windows is now available free of charge. In the early 1990s, fMSX was one of the first programs to decently emulate the MSX computer and over the years has been ported to many other platforms. Although those ports were usually available free of charge, the mainstream Windows emulator always used to have a price tag on it. Until today, that is.
