Several MSX breadboards available

Those who keep an eye on our forums probably have noticed that over the last days, Alexey has started several threads on various MSX breadboards being available in small batches for very low prices. Although not all of these projects are designed by Alexey, we think him offering this hardware deserves some extra attention.

• First, there is a project to port MSX1 games to SV-328 and SVI-328 computers. Alexey made a batch of boards for himself and he is selling 6 of them. You can find more info and pictures right here
• Then there is a project adding the F4 flag port to the Z80, which is important when you want to upgrade your MSX2 to MSX2+. The MSX2+ BIOS requires this port. Usually making this port when converting MSX2 computers to MSX2+ requires heavy rewiring of system's logic and adding new components on top of existing ones. It appears that Kamil Karimov (a.k.a Caro) has designed a simple board that could add F4 register to MSX2+ without major hassle. All you need is to solder 4 microchips in SOP form factor and a few SMD components on a small board and then connect this board to Z80's outputs. You can find more info and pictures right here
• Alexey made a batch of MSX cartridge breadboards for prototyping. Due to a mistake most of the holes appeared to be smaller size than needed. The microchips in DIP casing can be easily installed onto the board but some components with thick pins can't get through. He is selling 7 boards. You can find more info and pictures right here
• Last but not least, Alexey made a batch of boards for Wozblaster revision 2 (Moonsound clone). There are 8 boards available. The Wozblaster on this board was assembled and tested already by Dmitry Pugachev. You can find more info and pictures right here
