From Carlos Andrade, the man with arguably the coolest profile picture on MRC, comes entry 13 in the Tenliner challenge. Here is Endless Fall, a game for MSX1 or higher in Z80 mode that uses the media file for enhanced graphics.

We can only hope that entry 13 is not so unlucky as the main character in the game. He's doomed to an endless fall, and the player has to safely guide him through the holes in the platform by using the left and right cursor keys. Of course this mission will end sooner or later when a mistake is made and the player dies. And of course, the more holes you pass, the higher the score.

The game has four difficulty modes which you can choose at the start. Choosing a higher difficulty will bring the platforms closer together, making it harder to react in time.

The game doesn't work as well on an MSX Turbo R in R800 mode because the game will run too fast to be playable.

There's still 10 days left until the challenge deadline closes. We're hoping for some more entries, make sure you submit your entry on time and try to win some prizes and eternal fame!

Amazing how reducing the "effort" to create something (10 lines of basic) drastically increases the people willing to do something. Long live to MSX1 only contests! Long live to BASIC contests!!!
