TNI updates the PlaySoniq toolset and releases smsload

TNI has updated the PSQTOOLS toolset for PlaySoniq, the MSX multicartridge with 16MB memory, FPGA, Commodore SID, SCC and FPGA. There are three new tools: PSQSAVE and PSQLOAD, to save and load PlaySoniq module settings; and SMSLOAD, a tool to load and run Sega Master System (and SC-3000 and SG-1000) roms.

With this new update, all functions (and much more) that were available in the SuperSoniqs basic rom load tool are now available under MSX-DOS. And more tools are underway!
