Sturaro has published an article (in portuguese) on his website explaining how to build yourself a Harukaze Fast RS-232 interface. As usual, the article is highly detailed on the process and contains a lot of pictures of the interface, the PCB, and more.

I mean. Is it faster than existing rs232 inferfaces for msx. Most of them can handle 115k2

Are you sure? They don't have a FIFO, so the vast majority of them can barely do 19.2k on a Turbo-R. On the 3.57MHz Z80 they rarely will be able to go over 2400bps.

I used a 14k4 modem successfully on my good old Sony HB-G900P.
