Namco turns 50

This weekend the Japanese Computer Gaming pioneer Namco celebrated their 50th anniversary in Tokyo Japan. You can see some pictures and a report of the ceremony here. Several celebrities, like Kagemasa Kozuki (CEO of Konami), Hisao Oguchi (president of Sega), Hiroshi Yamauchi (formerly chairman of Nintendo), visited the ceremony. Bill Gates and Ken Kutaragi (President of Sony Computer Entertainment) sent their congratulations by video. Namco created several great MSX games like Bosconian, Dig Dug, Galaga, Pac-Man, Pacmania, Tank Batallion and Xevious.
