Sad, I hope you don't regret. Of course 5 years give you a clear idea about what to do with this great stuff but MSX knocks at the door sooner or later. Imho maybe you could consider if you should keep an small set of this HW like one of the turbo R + Music Module. Anyway good luck. 
I have to agree, emulation is good, but nothing beats the real thing, how can you play "Hyper Sports" games without a hypershot, it will wreck your PC keyboard!
