Need help for my Compact Flash interface...

Hi MSX Friends,

I've bought some weeks ago a compact flash interface (nice work, thanks Sunrise !).

I use it with a 128mo cf (master) & 32mo cf (slave for transfert with the Pc). All partitions are in fat12 and I'm using msxdos2.20
I use it on my GT (1mo).

I've tried to play with megamu & hddemu without success. The roms seems to be ok (work on emulator on pc and some of them are ok with romload on my GT).
With megamu, the progam begins and comes back to the a> prompt...
I've tried with msxdos2.30, kernel 2.31. It's the same.

Does anybody can help me ????

Hey, do you mean you're not able to run the program? Then try the following:

SET EXPERT=ON

In case you aren't able to change the dos prompt from A> to A:\>, do the following:

SET PROMPT=ON

I can really recommend you to download COMMAND2.COM version 2.41, should be available somewhere on the net... It features neat filename/dirname autocompletion when hitting the [TAB] key, quick CPU switcher, etc...

You need the latest versions of MEGAMU to let it work with CF........ i got it at my turbo r and it works like a charm even spacemanbow can be loaded as a rom

I use the 0.73 version of megamu without success :-(

it took me at least 2 hrs to find it on the net i think it was ver 0.78 if i remembered it right

Just little memories Poisonic... Do you remember this afternoon at Tilburg in 1997 with a french guy ?? If it was you, be sure it was me !! It was nice to meet you there. I think I've still the pictures taken at the totally chaos stand ;-)
