I also want this adapter but 30 + 7.5 euro for a very small PCB and 3 connectors only it's expensive.

More people interested? A batch will contain 10 pieces, so 7 left. I only can distribute adapters. You need to find a diskdrive for yourself. (which is much cheaper than an original Panasonic drive!)
