23 people expressed interest, so the batch will be probably 25 pieces and should be enough.
Thanks for now. Let's wait if JunSoft can make our dreams come true
Hi, MIDI will be supported, but not with connectors (IN/OUT).
What's the use of a MIDI Audio Card with no in/out connectors?
DalSori v1 also didn't have MIDI connectors and you don't need them as it has the MIDI wavetable ROM on board for playback. If you want MIDI connectors IN-OUT you have to use a MIDI interface. The DalSoRi v2 will be an OPL4 and MSX-AUDIO compatible soundcard with some extra features. (exact features are unknown for now).
@Retrofan
Count me in for the Dalsori v2 as number 24. Hope to receive my Zemmix Neo the coming weeks and this would be a great addition.
Thanks.
@Neo: I will put you on the list, but it's not sure this can be realized due to design and production costs. Let's see what Jun can do! Maybe he has to compromise the features with the costs. You are number 26 by the way.
ehmm
Just to be sure ...
Im on the list too right??
@retro, ah i thought I was on 24, you want 2 too probably
Keep us posted. Very interesting to be product. Thanks for your efforts.
@Retrofan
Please reserve one for me!

Not sure what does Wavetable has to do with MIDI... they're completely different things! MIDI is the serialized channel between 2 hardwares (computer running sequencer program, computer running sound synthesis program, computer running soundfont player program, sound module, midi sequencer device, keyboard with embedded midi sequencer device (a.k.a. workstation keyboard), any MIDI-capable keyboard... )
The only link between those two things is that ON "WIN-TEL" PCs you can use a MIDI sequence playback program to play using internal soundcard synthesis instead of ouputing through MIDI-OUT port. If you are telling this means that anything is MIDI-compatible because of this, ANY MUSIC SEQUENCER PROGRAM IS MIDI. Oh yeah, any of them, from VGMPLAY to Moonblaster.
Well, the factory sample set in the YRW-801 ROM chip was apparently more or less designed to be used in a General MIDI compatible sound set, which would help a great deal in playing back MIDI files using General MIDI sounds... I guess Retrofan meant the style of music that some people might call "MIDI music".
