RoboPlay - Multi format music player in Fusion-C

Great! Somehow I think playing SOP files on the OPL4 sounds better than using WinAMP with the fm_player plugin. Fun stuff.

Added support for MoonBlaster Wave. See this video for an example, recorded on a real Turbo-R and original MoonSound.

It plays song in both 'USER' and 'EDIT' mode format.

Fixed some bugs in the MoonBlaster 1.4 replayer and also updated the MSX-MUSIC part to use the hardware voices based on the reverse engineered YM2413 Instrument ROM voices.

mbm files nou sound beter than the msx+music + msx-audio

When playing all files in a folder like roboplay *.mbm , could you not reload the mbk file when current file uses the same .mbk file as the previous? Small update to speed things up
