Don't know it for sure, but naybe you get a fixed number of INTs during which you can bash, counting 1 shot every x INTs. Why don't you figure it out yourself?

The actual number of shots which can be fired is 251. Most of the time you'll get 250 though, and sometimes 249.

No, the game runs at 60Hz. The point is, I used a Panasonic PowerPad (FS-JS222) with rensha control for both buttons (the rensha controller of my A1ST only controls the A-button and the space key). I think it's limited to the output of my PowerPad Anyhow, 251 isn't manually feasible
