Oh the irony. We want all software to be dumped and at the same time we cannot link to it...

True. But there is not much we can do about it I'm afraid. Although old, the software is still copyrighted and I can't bame msx.org for staying on the safe side of the law.
On the other hand, most people here know where the biggest MSX archives are located and know where to find these files.

P.S.
I just updated the Undumped MSX Software list wiki and also removed a few links to copyrighted software which were in this list.

It's quite strange to now remove links that have been there for a very long time without anyone ask to do it. And especially since several was not really under copyright.

Which ones weren't under copyright? Keep in mind that even a bad "copy" of Bubble Bobble still violates copyrights & IP.
Also the fact that the links have been there for a long time, doesn't make it according msx.org policy.

And as for not asking... I did... twice... in the Wiki-editting thread. Noone ever bothered to answer.

Yes, I speak about the pale copies from Korea. And if you want to be so radical, you can also delete the links to most Homebrews, many of which also more or less violate copyright. And then we do nothing more.

True.. And you can even take it a few steps further: demos with ripped music and new versions of game music. I wouldn't know where to draw the line though Smile
But in this case I thought it was quite obvious. But feel free to put the links back up. But maybe it would be a better idea if the MRC crew would make some sort of guideline regarding this. This could even be part of the wiki. Of course for most of the links it wil be quite clear, but it could make same more grey areas more clear.

Just dumped this cart:
https://www.generation-msx.nl/software/msx-tool-soft/ninja-k...
I wonder if the title is correct, and I cannot find informations on the web.

@tfh did you test the Rabbian tape? because with a japanese msx-1 machine, run"cas:" doesn't work, and bload"cas:",r says found pro1, second time found main and then resets.

It seems a sort of RAM or ROM dumper to disk or tape with the possibility to restore the MSX state:
NINJA COPIMARU ON SLOT ... EXPANTION MEMORY... transfer data ... SAVE TAPE DATA... DISK DATAY5"USE CURSOR AND SPACE KEY Y""ninja copimaru @ MICRO VOX ... LOAD TAPE DATA ... EXCHANGE MEDIA Í... COPIMARU:VER:1.0:MIC:&:KEYSCT RUY BRI BRQ'86NOV24
I dumped with saverom / normal / 0000-FFFF and the code is repeated 4 times into the ROM file, so it's a 16KB ROM, please cut it yourself :-)
Maybe it doesn't work because mapper is wrong, and so in blueMSX restarts in loop.
On a real NMS 8245, the cart displays the "MICRO VOX 1986" intro screen, but after that it enters MSX-Basic.
No menu or CALL COMMANDS available...
