Rabbian on tape and Tensai Rabbian in Rom seem not exactly the same. Compare screenshots, graphics are a little different. It must be like for Flappy and Flappy Limited or Flappy Limited '85, they look very similar. Flappy is the rarest version of the three.
Flappy Limited and Flappy Limited '85 have the same stages and passwords, the only difference is the intro screen of Flappy Limited '85.
Btw, it's 101 stages and not 100 as mentioned on Generation MSX (the 101th stage is an extra stage after a final message with probably congratulations). The first game of the series (Flappy) has only 57 levels and is indeed very difficult to find (cassette or QuickDisk, probably not yet dumped)
Complete map of Flappy Limited ('85) is available: http://eggerland.msxblue.com/flappylimited-map.png
a cassette tape version of flappy is for sale on Mercari, at 3,880 yen (about 37 usd)
and yes it says there are 57 screens in this game on the package.
Tape version of Flappy is already dumped. I converted it to Rom some years ago.

Not available on the net (or maybe it's hidden somewhere?)
File-Hunter?
Found (at least the conversion)
I Have a cas version of Flappy, but it doesn't have a title screen. The game starts directly with the screen that contains Flappy. Also after the end screen (game over) it starts directly with the game without showing a title screen. Did the tape version have a title screen?
Do you have the same screen as the one in this video? (at 2.50min)
The CAS I converted to ROM has the same screen as your version.
This video is weird, the screen is different and he loads the tape with a Turbo R.
Is he using TRCAS ? but it doesn't explain the different start screen. Maybe there is a special version of flappy made for the Canon V-10? that could explain the V-10 start screen, but that's just a guess.
