Rocket Roger being there was initially puzzling but yes I cannot confirm its Seika Romox/Hal Laboratory release. The list is not exhaustive because I found Night Angels not listed there is declared canceled on the bottom of MSX FAN 1992-01 page 115.
The same line also announces the cancellation of Afternoon Angels 3 Extra Edition in the undumped list. No wonder its release was shelved because the earlier PC8801 version was involved in a major scandal called Saori Incident and was recalled. Its Japanese title is Tenshi-tachi no Gogo 3: Bangai-hen mentioned in "https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saori_(video_game)" (sorry linking doesn't work properly)
I added the "Previously claimed undumped, but turned out to be unreleased" section.

I have to dump a very rare cartridge, I've tried many times with no success.
Recently, I used the Yarou's TinySlotChecker and the result is "R-Type" mapper on the slot where this cart is inserted.
So I want to dump the cart with this mapper using SAVEROM, but can you suggest me the right parameters?
The cart is a 32KB ROM.

What cartridge is it? It's highly unlikely it's like the R-Type mapper... I wonder how TinySlotChecker determines the mapper type, but I expect it's some kind of database like approach, or a simple heuristic for common mappers.

The best but most effort taking approach is to dump the slot the ROM is in and then reverse engineer the code that is visible, as that code will operate the mapper. For a 32kB ROM, one wonders why it would have a mapper anyway. Still, this is a good first step. Perhaps some people here or elsewhere are willing to take a look at the plain slot dump.

For such a dump, just use saverom.com and dump the slot from 0 to ffff.

Manuel you're right but I have experienced all these steps. My guess is that this cart, supposely produced in 1986, does not have a "custom mapper" but a true R-Type mapper since it was widely used and for protection against piracy (as I read in the Wiki). And so, it's very difficult to setup SAVEROM to save 32KB with R-Type mapper.
