Burn msx rom on a eprom

What apparatus are you using to write the EPROM? And what EPROM type(s)? Don't understand "too many options" You need a writer that can handle the EPROM type you want to write, and you must make sure you're writing the correct data - but that's about it.

You'll probably want a 'flat binary' file with the EPROM's contents, that is for example if you're writing a 128Kbit EPROM, a file with exactly 16384 bytes binary data. Or 32768 bytes when writing a 256Kbit EPROM, etc. So no 7 byte header like .BIN saved with MSX. But if file format is correct, it probably shouldn't matter whether it's named *.ROM, *.BIN or anything. And some EPROM programmer software can handle .HEX files which is ASCII-like representation of EPROM data.

You can't run Konami megaROMs from EPROM without some special circuitry to implement the mapper mechanism...

If you're successful into burning something into a cart, I can send you several "marvelous converted" games from both ColecoVision and SEGA SG-1000. They ALL WORK PERFECTLY on any MSX machines, even the exotic ones...

Hello thx muffie,I think not get far...,thanks RetroTechie I sign these data,i have MegaFlashROM not SCC the 8mb version and works great,i started this"burn eproms"jut for curiosity but I see it is complicated,these problems are just with konamis?or with all MSX soft compile telenet...?thank you very much.
