Probably dskpro... But remember that no copy protection will be in the dsk file.

Will the MegaFlashROM SCC+ SD boot Nextor and support FAT16 on an MSX1? Since it has a 512k mapper?

To support MSX-DOS2 functions and FAT16 you need a Memory Mapper (insered in another slot or build in MegaFlashROM SCC+ SD). The minimum size should be 128KB.

I have updated EVASD tool for MegaFlashROM SCC+ SD cartridge. There was a problem playing EVA files on SDHC cards.
I also updated OPFXSD to version 1.19. This version can handle files bigger than 2 MB.

How to update the ROMDisk:
- Download the new ROMDISK
- Type from command line: OPFXSD ROMDISK.DSK /id

Can you make a tool to convert the mfr scc+ sd into either a standalone Sd Snatcher soundcart or a Snatcher soundcart, including the ram at the right location? To run the original game disks without patches?
Or is this physically impossible with the hardware?

It is not possible. The FPGA needs to be reconfigured to do that.
